In 1981 the ownership changed to Mr. JC Lubbe and during 1992 he changed the name of the business to JC Afslaers cc also trading as Likiditer Waardeerders cc.
The company has been doing business with all the main Financial Institutions as well as other professional persons and institutions all over South-Africa.
Instructions that were completed successfully over the years include auctions of:
• Fixed properties, whether it was residential, commercial, industrial or agricultural,
• Office furniture and equipment,
• Machinery and equipment,
• Art and paintings,
• Furniture and household effects,
• Live-stock implements and game.
JC Afslaers also have agents working on selling assets by private treaty.
JC Afslaers has been acting as the middle-man between the instruction giver and the potential buyers since the inception of the company.
Our main source of income comes from the selling of assets for insolvent and deceased estates. We receive instructions from trustees of insolvent estates, financial institutions and administrators and executors of deceased estates on a national basis. Our current infrastructure enables us to operate country-wide.
Mr. JC Lubbe is registered with the SA Board of Valuers (Nr 2236), and is a member of the Institute of Appraisers and the Board of Estate Agents.
